Nature lover's harbour getaway

Take the family for a break by the coast in this bright and spacious holiday townhouse, only a 5-minute walk to Ulladulla township, harbour and local cafes.

Downstairs offers air-conditioned, open plan living with a large, comfortable lounge and flat screen TV with WIFI to watch all your favourite Netflix shows. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, and your every need has been thought of with a complimentary starter pack of dishwashing tablets and liquid, plus tea, coffee and milk. The dining area opens out to the north-facing alfresco entertaining area with a sunshade and gas BBQ, a fantastic space to relax in the afternoons after a day out adventuring - grill up some fresh seafood and enjoy a chilled drink in the private, leafy surrounds. This floor also has a laundry with washer and dryer, and a guest toilet.

The 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, are located upstairs and include linen and towels to make your stay more enjoyable, as well as mini soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The main bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite with shower and toilet, plus a private balcony with a small outdoor setting to enjoy a morning coffee or a quiet read. The other 2 bedrooms each have a double bed and share the main bathroom which has a bath, shower and toilet.

Off-street parking is available for 2 cars.

With your holiday needs in mind, there is even a single kayak available for guests to use! (BYO life jackets). It's just a short walk to a hidden gem at North Beach, a particular lovely spot at sunrise and a great place to kayak - get out on the water and explore the picturesque waterways. It's also just a 2-minute stroll to the boat ramp, so don't forget to pack the fishing rods.

There is a shared pathway around the stunning harbour to the breakwater wharf, where the monthly Sunday markets are held, and to the start of the Gondwana Fossil Walk. Alternatively, walk 1km or 13 minutes north to Collers Beach, popular with surfers for the reef breaks at either end including the famous Golfy Reef, where you can watch the skills of the local surfers. The rock shelves on this beach have some rock pools at low tide and fascinating fossils to be explored. Mollymook Beach is also only only a 2km walk or drive away, with a social 9-hole Beachside golf course, or for the more serious golfer an 18-hole championship course is just a 5-minute drive.

An easy 10-minute stroll will take you to Funland for the kids, plus the cinema and local cafes and restaurants, including the Milton Ulladulla Bowling Club which offers great meals at reasonable prices. And historic Milton is only a 10-minute drive north, where the Milton Theatre offers great entertainment with live shows and great acts, and there are a variety of galleries and interesting boutiques to explore.
