This breathtaking two story home sleeps up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and multiple living areas both inside and outside.

This home is situated perfectly with boasting views of the famous Mollymook beach. It is only a 3 minute walk to the famous Rooftop Bar & Grill alongside many other restaurants, cafes and shops located on Tallwood Avenue. It caters for families as well as couples with large living and dining areas (both outside and inside), a large kitchen, spacious bedrooms all with draws or cupboards and games to play located in the garage downstairs. Whether you are after a relaxing day at home enjoying the views or venturing down to North Mollymook beach located only 250 meters away for some beach cricket, this home has is all!

You will be instantly drawn to the balcony which is the perfect spot for that morning coffee or afternoon cocktail whilst soaking up the sun, the panoramic ocean views and enjoying the ocean breeze. Don't forget to keep a look out for the dolphins surfing the waves or in July and August the whales are migrating north, then in October and November they return traveling south with their calves. This is always an amazing thing to witness.

Mollymook is the beachside paradise of the NSW South Coast. Within easy distance of Canberra and Sydney, Mollymook is popular with many people as the ideal escape location at any time of the year.

Mollymook is located only minutes from the harbour of Ulladulla and historic rural Milton Village. These three areas complement each other with their own special features including boutique shopping, cafes, bars and the famous Rick Stein Seafood Restaurant.

Mollymook is best known for its excellent surf beach of sweeping clean sands and clear waters. With it's neighbouring lush green golf course this area is inviting to people of all hobbies.
