Should be sold as 3 bedder not 4. Great location.
This place would get a much higher star rating if it was sold as a 3 bedroom house. The main house and the 3 bedrooms upstairs are fine. However the so called 4th bedroom is VERY disappointing. The downstairs 4th bed and bathroom were very disappointing and not accessible from the main house.
Like I said the 3 beds upstairs are fine and clean and that's how the property should be sold, not as a 4 bedroom. Great deck areas.

Disappointing
Very disappointed in the house. It hasn’t been cleaned at all despit paying extra money for a covid clean. Filthy when we arrived. Bed linen all dirty. Bbq not clean. House not set up for ten people ( not enough glasses etc) bathroom downstairs unliveable.

This house would have been absolutely perfect as a beach shack getaway.
With a little effort in terms of maintenance and cleanliness the home could reach this potential and I would be able to have said "I'll be back". It's a a shame, as it was we spent a fair bit of time cleaning (and I am not a fastidious type) but the cobwebs and cockroach droppings could have been cleaned up, the outdoor furniture was caked in dirt, the bbq was not useable it was so dirty and the dishwasher had smelly water sitting in the bottom and didn't work.
A little attention would make a big difference to this place - while the location was fantastic it didn't make up for the condition it was in.

Lovely, Cute Cottage
This is a lovely, cute cottage. Close to everything. Beach is a 5 minutes walk. It's close to everything, we didn't use the car once we arrived. The cottage is well equipped and nicely decorated. Although only 2 of us, it does sleep 10 so would also be great for a family. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Wonderful stay
Just returned from staying in this charming house with our family of four plus the in-laws. If you're after a rustic, beach home with personality, then this is the place for you. The two decks provided plenty of space throughout the day and the beds were very comfortable. Shops and beach are in walking distance and inlet is only a short drive around the corner. We particularly loved the house's well-equipped kitchen and collection of children's books which kept our 2 year old amused for hours. The kettle died and the agent replaced it within hours which was fabulous service. Shall stay again!
