Beautifully Refurbished Family Beach House
Beautifully refurbished family beach house located near Mollymook Beach. There is plenty of room for everyone with 2 lounge areas both with TV's and an additional kitchenette off the lounge area downstairs. The large entertaining deck at the side of the house provides plenty of room with outside furniture to entertain friends and family or just to laze around in the sun. The property has one BBQ on the patio and the back yard is fully fenced. There is plenty of off street parking for 4 cars (Please note the garage is not available). Only a short stroll across the road to Mollymook Beach, close to Mollymook Golf Club, Mollymook Bowling Club and Mollymook Shops. Plenty of everything for everyone to all enjoy whilst on holidays.

Lovely house, well equipped near beach
Lovely 3 bedroom house 2 minutes to beach. Well equipped, 3 good bathrooms (shower pressure in 2 not good). Kitchen lovely (fridge position is too far away if picky..just odd layout) and all doors open to a lovely breeze, view and verandah. Lots parking, nice
backyard, full laundry....
Only negative is that it is quite a busy street..but so close to beach and a stroll to golf club.

Not as planned
Booking cancelled 1 day before hols due to renos. Hoping owner will offer another discounted week as it cost us more to find another at short notice and ruined our holiday a bit.
