This house is amazing. Located at Lilli Pilli with direct access to the beach via a reserve, you will think you have died and gone to heaven!

A masterpiece of modern design and casual beachside living, this lovely, light-filled home is just a short meander through a bushland reserve to gorgeous Circuit Beach.

Living and Entertainment Space
At entry level is a stunning kitchen and open plan living/dining. From here, bifold doors open onto a huge deck with an outdoor kitchen. You could sit here all day admiring the bush and filtered ocean views. The house is beautifully furnished with absolutely everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, including the master with ensuite and there is also a family bathroom. Downstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, another living area and yet another beautiful bathroom. One of the bedrooms leads out to another fantastic alfresco sitting area and the gorgeous grassed yard with hammock.

Location
Lilli Pilli is a glorious part of the world. Circuit Beach is 100m away through the reserve and perfect for kids, and the surrounding bush is truly spectacular. Lilli Pilli Beach is another picturesque bay just 1km away and also great for families, away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more well-known beaches and with small pebbly coves to explore.

It is around a 15-minute drive or 9km to Batemans Bay with all the amenities and a short 3km drive to Malua Bay with the popular and yummy Raymonds restaurant, grocer, butcher, and more.
