The Location - Located in beautiful Mollymook, this modern beach house has a relaxing atmosphere and uninterrupted beach views. This home is located just 150 metres to the steps that lead down to Collers Beach and the Bogey Hole, make sure you pack your swimmers and snorkelling gear.
If your looking for something to do in our local area then you have come to the right place. Play a round of golf at either the 9 hole or 18 hole Mollymook Golf Course, visit the local wineries including Cupitt's Winery and Bawley Vale Estate at Bawley Point. Climb Pigeon House mountain (even with the kids), go bush walking on one of the many walks in the area, visit the Blueberry Farm at Termeil Clyde River Berry Farm and pick your own blueberries from December - January. Put the boat in the water and go fishing or enjoy a fishing charter, get involved in some surfing lessons, snorkel, kayak or hire a stand up paddle board at Narrawallee Inlet and visit the historic township of Milton to browse the boutique shops and enjoy lunch at one of the many cafes, the opportunities are endless.
The House - This house has been renovated, with a modern and fresh feel. Upstairs has an open plan living, dining and kitchen, leading out to the deck with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Upstairs also consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy the views from the northerly rear deck while the kids play in the yard and free Wi-Fi for guest use. Nestled in a quiet street with ocean views this home is located just 150 metres to the steps that lead down to Collers Beach and the Bogey Hole.
The downstairs area consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom and a living and dining area leading out into the back yard.
The property also provides off street parking for up to three cars.
This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen on booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
No pets are allowed at this property.
We ask that groups of adults under 25 years of age, send through an enquiry before booking. Strictly no schoolies, hens, buck or birthday parties.

Neat and tidy
Upon entry the laundry looks quite unappealing but once we walked in, it looked beautiful. Everything was supplied that was needed and the property managers were very helpful and followed up thoroughly

Clean & fresh house with ocean views
We absolutely loved our stay at 25 Buchan St Mollymook. The house with an ocean view was beautifully clean and fresh. It was very spacious with room for us 4 adults and 3 children to spread out. The 3 bathrooms worked really well. Being a short walk to the beach and short drives to so many attractions was brilliant. We loved our day at Mogo Wildlife Park. The house came fully equipped except for linen and also had lots of extras that we didn't expect. We would absolutely recommend this beautiful home to large families and would hope to return one day ourselves. Thank you to the team at Raine and Horne for finding the perfect home for our south coast stay.
