Stylish family friendly beach home accommodating up to 8guests in 4 separate bedrooms. Sun drenched open plan living, ample parking and a fabulous entertainment deck with ocean views and overlooking the Mollymook 9 hole golf course.

Relax and take in the quiet serenity of golfers strolling by whilst enjoying the tranquil northerly ocean views from the open plan kitchen/living room and rear deck. Located on Mollymook Beachside 9 hole golf course and only 150 metres to the steps of Collers Beach and the crystal blue waters at the Bogey hole which is ideal for families. There is plenty of marine life to see such as the Bottlenose Dolphins and whales breeching during the migration season.

Upstairs the modern kitchen, lounge and dining area are combined into a lovely open plan space. The kitchen is an entertainers delight featuring a dishwasher and is well organised to make your holiday a breeze. The living and dining room features a large television, comfy lounge chairs and ceiling fans for your added comfort and most of all the view you would never want to leave. Step out through the large double doors and enjoy a BBQ on the massive entertaining deck or take a snooze on the sun lounge. There are two bedrooms located upstairs. The queen bedroom with a flat screen TV to play DVDs for the children after a big day at the beach and an additional bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom in between.

The two remaining bedrooms are downstairs with a queen bedroom and room opposite with two bunk beds and additional bathroom. There is a large laundry and a pool table set up on one side of the garage to keep the family amused in the evenings.

The rear of the property is full fenced with a gate opening up onto the Beachside 9 hole golf course and an easy walk from here to Collers Beach and the Bogey hole. The back yard also has an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

Enjoy fishing, diving, stand up paddling and kayaking and snorkelling. This magnificent location is a surfers dream as rare as they come with 3 world class surf breaks right on the doorstep.

If you have a passion in the culinary arts of food and wine the NSW South Coast is well renowned as a foodies destination. Mollymook is home to iconic restaurants headed by Internationally acclaimed Rick Stein with Bannisters By the Sea and only a 2 minute drive to the Rooftop Pavilion restaurant and bar. Also located along this strip is Tallwood with an eclectic menu and exceptional wine list.

Historic Milton is only a 5 minute drive north and boasts art galleries, antique vendors, alfresco dining, boutiques and homeware stores. The iconic Milton Theatre features regular local productions and international artists or head south to the picturesque fishing town of Ulladulla. It offers a large selection of retail outlets including supermarkets, gourmet food & produce stores, homeware, gift shops, clothing boutiques.
