Enjoy the breath taking ocean views which stretch as far as the eye can see and disappear over the horizon from the moment you arrive.

This stunning home accommodates 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, 3 living spaces including a kids retreat - games room complete with pool table, big screen tv, 3.5 bathrooms throughout the home, including luxury spa bath and 4 toilets. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning with 6 zones, Entertainers balcony stretching the full length of the home, the perfect vantage point to enjoy the view or watch the migrating whales and dolphins play. An outdoor hot and cold beach shower so you can wash off after a surf all year round.

This is the perfect property for the whole family from the adventurer to the Chef.

Rennies beach is located just south of Ulladulla and is a great place to watch the sun rise and fall over the water and join the local surfers on their morning wave hunt. The beach has small rocky caves to be explored at the eastern end.

There are 2 x sets of additional Single Bunks at this property, which can be used upon request - Please note, no linen or bedding is supplied for the bunks, so you would be required to bring your own sheets, doonas and pillows if you are requiring the bunk beds.

Bella Coastal Property has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. All guests must be OVER the age of 21 when booking this property or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen and Towels are NOT supplied. Please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting South Coast Linen Hire on 0498 819 587.

Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)

Please note that all off our properties require a Pre-Authorisation form completed prior to arrival. This will be emailed to you.
