Just south of Ulladulla, Tabourie Lake NSW offers peace, tranquility and magnificent unspoiled beach and lake frontage. It is a haven for native birds and a great spot to swim, fish, canoe or picnic. Positioned right between the lake and the beach you can fish, surf, bird watch, swim, walk or canoe from one to the other and enjoy nature at its best.

In “the heights” of Tabourie accommodating up to 11 guests and your fur family, Quay Largo is the perfect holiday accommodation for your friends and family to have a relaxing time away together. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this property has more then enough space and activities for all ages. For all entertainment needs the property has Netflix, Foxtel, Wifi, Video Game Console, Outdoor Radio System and many outdoor entertaining areas. Be in comfort all year round with the brand new 4 zone ducted air-conditioning and enjoy the atmosphere of Quay Largo winter and summer. Whether you like boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or bike riding this property has access to it all. Neighbouring surrounding bushland you’ll enjoy plenty of native wildlife with nearby kangaroos a regular afternoon visitor while you’re enjoying a happy hour beverage.

Tabourie Tuckerbox/bottleshop/cafe and petrol Station is a quick 6 minutes walk, offering delicious food, your happy hour needs all in a convenient location. For the history lovers Lake Tabourie Museum and its collection is the result of one man’s dream. Jack Nicholson (1908 – 1996) opened the museum in 1965. In 1983 he gave the museum and the collection to the Shoalhaven City Council. It is a great place to visit and learn about the history of our area and the world we live in. Venture a quick 5 minute walk down to Portland way reserve with a play equipment for the kids and direct access to the Lake.

Only 5 minutes away is the stunning Burrill Lake where you can enjoy the delicious boutique cafes, endless walking tracks, IGA supermarket, day Spas/massage, Lagom bakery, vintage shop, wellness centre, cafes, yoga, stand up paddle board hire, easily accessible boat ramp post office, news agency, the famous fish shop and of course the lake, beach and national park.

Ulladulla which is a further 7 minutes down the road has a large variety of supermarkets, K Hub, Best and Less as well as the picture theatre and the Dunn and Lewis Centre for 10 Pin bowling and other activities. The famous harbour of Ulladulla also has a boat ramp and is great to sit and have lunch or let the kids have a paddle in the water with many Harbour side festivities all year round.

The historic Milton township which is approximately 20 mins drive has many places for a day out and many beautiful cafes and restaurants with a wide variety for you all to enjoy. The local IGA is also located in Milton with a great selection of local produce as well as a bottle shop. Walk down memory lane with many quirky, gift and boutique clothing shops for that something special to remind you of your great holiday on the South Coast.



Walking tracks!
Are you in to bush walking? Pigeon House Mountain Didthul walking track is one of the best walks in Morton National Park and on the south coast. The walk is in the park’s southern section the terrific views making this walk worthwhile!
You’ll hike through forest, heathland and age-old sandstone before coming to the best part – negotiating a series of ladders that lead you to the summit and the view.
Take in the captivating sight of cliffs and gorges within the Budawang Wilderness, all carved by the Clyde River. On clear days, you may be able to see as far as Jervis Bay and Bermagui. You might even spot a lyrebird along the final portion of the track, where you can also check out rare Pigeon House Ash eucalypts.

Beaches!
Lake Tabourie has a wide variety of kid/pet friendly and surfing beaches such as the stunning Crampton Island Beach, Wairo Beach and Tabourie beach. Designed around a full extension of all of your children’s sensors (ice-cream included!) enjoy a day out at the famous Mollymook Beach and just up the road a unique and unusual playground which is patrolled during the summer holidays, as well as the beautiful Narrawallee beach. There is an unexplainable amount of different activities in the area one day is not enough!


Bella Coastal Property has a strict “NO PARTY POLICY.” All guests must be OVER the age of 21 when booking this property. Or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

***Please note that we do require a security bond of $500 for this property. This pre-authorisation of $500 is placed on your card the day before your arrival and is held for 7 days.***

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: There are 3 external security cameras installed at this location presently but the owner reserves the right at any time to install additional external cameras at their discretion. Cameras are positioned to view at the front door monitoring front door and carport activity, front deck and stair activity and 1 camera on the back deck areas for external security monitoring only. All cameras are installed in line with local regulations. A noise monitoring device is installed - fines apply to guests found to have disconnected, removed or damaged the noise device. These devices are used to monitor and maintain ours and guests responsibilities under the NSW STR Code of Conduct.
