Bella Coastal Property welcomes you to Kim’s Coastal Cottage, your home away from home.

Only minutes from one of Australia’s most divine beaches, Kim’s Coastal Cottage on the South Coast of NSW is the perfect place for you to stay, whether you are looking for an adventurous family getaway or wanting time away with friends, you can’t go past this amazing property and don’t forget to bring your fur baby along with you, this home is equipped for all family members.

This property consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large undercover top level deck overlooking the backyard, perfect for a big BBQ cook up, another deck area on ground level where you can enjoy afternoon cocktails and a fit pit in the back yard for you to toast some marshmallows and make life long memories with those you love.

Free Wifi is provided, 3 TV’s throughout the property, air conditioning to keep you cool on those long hot summer nights and a fireplace to keep you warm and cosy over winter. The kitchen has a dishwasher and an Aldi Coffee machine as well as all kitchenware you need to cook up a yummy dinner.

To make your time away more enjoyable, serviced linen is provided, all you will need to pack with you are your beach towels.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items (basic pantry items are provided), and don’t forget to pack your toilet paper. Woolworths, Coles & Aldi are only 3 minutes from this property, should you need to top up on any items.

Please note that all off our properties require a Pre-Authorisation form completed prior to arrival. This will be emailed to you.
