This contemporary beach house is perfect for 2 - 3 families with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living areas on both levels. The downstairs area also has a kitchenette/bar area and a ping pong table - great retreat for the kids! Wifi is available also!
Laundry facilities are located downstairs for your use; washing machine, iron/ironing board and a drying rack.
Coffee Machine is K-Fee, please use only compatible Expressi pods.
This property is pet friendly, however all pets must be approved at the time of booking and must remain outside at all times. Additional cleaning charges will apply if pets are found to be inside.
This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen at time of booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

We had a large group of 13 adults and stayed over the long weekend from 08/06/19 - 10/06/19. This place was amazing! We entered the beautiful two storey house and had our breaths already taken away by the amazing view of the ocean. There was ample space with the 5 bedrooms, wonderful decked areas both upstairs and downstairs, and the lovely games area with a ping pong table had us occupied all weekend. The recently renovated kitchen had a pleasant contemporary look as we prepared our breakfast and lunches to be feasted out on the decks overlooking the pristine views of the horizon. Scott was very attentive to our needs and I cannot say thank you enough for a memorable long weekend with our friends and family! - Luzviminda

Great House & Location
Perfect house & location for two families for six great nights. I would like to make a few suggestions please purchase wine glasses (not plastic) supply cleaning products & aids, a supply of general kitchen products(cling wrap. foil, tea, coffee pods, salt & pepper grinder) and when we arrived we had to wash our doona covers as they have an odour.

Best holiday ever
Spend the weekend here with my family got our wedding anniversary the house was stunning the view was to die for we will continue to stay here over and over it was the most perfect place and we had endlessly fun.

Great Location!
We stayed here for 11n for a family holiday. It is in a great location with amazing views. We love Manyana and have returned to this destination many times. This house has a lot of space and is ideal for a large family or 2 separate families. Sunrise views from the bedrooms. Only downfall was the house needs a good clean including kitchen cupboards. House was professional pesticide sprayed prior to our arrival and had over 20 dead cockroaches everywhere when we checked in, mainly kitchen area. Kitchen drawers had cockroach droppings amongst utensils. Over our stay we still had dead and live cockroaches appearing. Overall we enjoyed the location immensely.

What a view!
Wow, what an amazing spot and house. Perfect for a family with kids, so much room and freedom for the kids to play outside. And that view was spectacular! Was concerned about location being remote, but was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We will be back :)

Great property in a great location!
The house is very spacious and can easily accomodate 10 adults. Easy access to the beach and a big back yard were also fantastic for the kids!

Positives - Great views, quiet location, great space for our family of nine. Negatives - Needed a clean, cupboards were sticky with glasses needing washing before use, cobwebs and filth between lounge cushions. No gas to run the heaters (we were there in winter) or BBQ.

Superb stay
Amazing house, with fabulous views. Well equipped clean and comfortable. Thoughtful touches especially for families, high chair supplied, baby gate at the top of the stairs. Also perfect spot for a getaway with friends, ample space to sit and enjoy. Love our stay. Will definitely return.

This is our 5th Time we have stayed at SBTS and every time we have had a fabulous time . The house is always very clean with good facilities in working order, my only negative would be supplying your own sheets and Bath towels . The price that you pay for the house should include such simple items,not to mention the extra room in the car when you have 11 people staying.

Hello Jason. Always a pleasure hosting your stay. We try to keep the tariffs down and this can be done by tenants supplying their own linen. We do supply the phone no of a Linen Hire service who delivers to Manyana, they can also make the beds. Some tenants prefer the cheaper rate and supply their own linen. Fantastic spot
This house has the best spot and we had a fantastic holiday but it definitely needs a little maintenance. The doors and fly screens need fixing and some of the cupboards inside. Other than that we loved it.

Great location but.......
This was a fantastic location, but the fly screen doors need to be replaced, the vacuum cleaner downstairs does not work and there was only enough toilet paper for one day.
