Lake or Beach?

A stylishly renovated two bedroom cottage with a beach vibe set in a tranquil spot with easy access to the boat ramp to enjoy all the lake has to offer and close to Burrill Beach. Fishing, swimming, canoeing and stand up paddling are all part of the daily activities at Burrill Lake or just relax and enjoy the morning sun, the birdlife or chill listening to music on the record player. Only a short drive from Mollymook for you to enjoy the cafes, boutiques and golf courses and is only a short walk to Burrill Beach for great surfing or the inlet offering shallow swimming for families or great areas for bike riding.

This seaside haven is loaded with natural light with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area fit with a comfortable lounge, flat screen TV dining seating for four and everything you need in the kitchen for food preparation such as cutlery, crockery, toaster, oven, stove and refrigerator. In the cooler weather the slow combustion fireplace warms the whole house.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and has a ceiling fan, bedroom two has two single beds perfect for the kids. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and vanity complete with a laundry.

If alfresco dining is more your thing, there is a gas barbecue on the rear deck. Pick up some fresh seafood from the local fish shop at Burrill and some local wine or dine at one of the many restaurants to enjoy a selection of fantastic local cuisine.

There is off street parking on the driveway as well as street parking.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
