Pandanas at Mollymook is the perfect holiday retreat all year 'round! The pristine Mollymook Beach is located directly across the road, while the rear of the property backs onto the 'Hilltop Golf Course'. This beautifully appointed beach apartment features high quality finishes, fitted with everything you require for a coastal, resort style getaway great for families or larger groups!

The apartment is ultra-modern and very spacious and with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, two living areas, three outdoor deck areas and a fenced yard - there is plenty of space for everyone!

The contemporary, Hamptons style kitchen, dining and living area is bright and airy with timber floors, air conditioning and a gas fireplace create the perfect climate at any time of the year. The kitchen features a large fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine with pods provided.

For those who prefer to unwind and relax outdoors take your pick from the three decks, enjoy the enclosed deck on the cooler nights or open the louvers and welcome the sea breeze and ocean views during summer. For the golf enthusiasts the rear deck overlooks the golf course and provides an outdoor setting and BBQ for your use.

The ground floor is made up of a large rumpus room with a TV, bunk beds and two sofa beds great space for the kids, a bathroom and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The middle floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite opening onto the enclosed deck and an additional bathroom.

The top floor is air conditioned and comprises of two queen bedrooms and one king bedroom, one with an ensuite and an additional bathroom.

Luxury linen and towels provided for all guests.

The external of the property features an outdoor shower to wash away the sand, a large backyard for the kids and tropical gardens with PANDANAS trees from North Queensland.

There are three apartments located next to each other however each offer their own privacy, entrance, double garage plus additional car spaces. These are all managed by Mollymook Milton Holidays should you require more than one apartment for your family/group.

The garage is not for guest use but there is room for two cars to park in front of the garage (off street). This property is NOT pet friendly.

Due to the layout and bedding configuration of this property it is more suited to family groups with a maximum of 8 adults.
