This top of the range home has an upstairs parents retreat with an ensuite and its own deck with ocean glimpses.

Downstairs you will find a beautiful large open plan living area with combustion fire, another deck with outdoor seating and BBQ, large main bathroom and an additional 3 bedrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher. This property has free internet access and has everything you need for an enjoyable South Coast Holiday!

Situated on Bawley Point headland it's an easy walk to both Bawley and Cormorant Beaches.

Bawley Beach is protected by the large southern headland (Bawley Point) which features two popular surf breaks. On the northern protected side of the point there is a jetty and a boat ramp great for fishing and paddling. The break near the jetty is called Guillotines and is popular with body boarders.

Cormorant Beach backs onto a small area of wetlands, perfect for walking and going for a dip. You can also walk around the northern headland at low tide to access neighbouring Bawley Beach.

Gannet Beach is a short beach in Bawley Point south of Jurwin Head which is great for snorkelling and surfing. It is accessible from Malibu Drive at various points along the beach. The beach is often quiet but attracts crowds in summer for its beauty and sometimes smaller waves.

This is NOT a pet friendly property.
