The Location - Hilltop Haven is our favourite holiday destination and we hope you enjoy your stay here. Please treat this as your own home while you holiday in Mollymook and enjoy the beach and local attractions.

Plenty of local attractions with Mollymook shops only 550 meters away, including an IGA store, baker, deli, butcher, fish & chip shop, pharmacy, bottle shop and newsagent. You will also find Bannisters Pavilion & Tallwood Restaurant (as seen on Sydney Weekender), Mollymook has everything you need. Bannisters by the Sea, is only a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk if you need to walk off those cocktails and woodfired pizza.

Mollymook Beach is only 640 metres downhill and Narrawallee Beach just a little closer, only 600 metres. Whether you stay in or go out this is the place to be.

The House - Only a few minutes walk to local beaches or relax on the covered back deck with ocean views whilst enjoying a BBQ. The grassed back yard is big enough for the kids to play and enjoy any outdoor game of cricket or footy.

This renovated family beach house, sleeps 10 and offers a state of the art kitchen including large refrigerator, island bench, dishwasher and microwave for quick holiday food preparation. The solar hot water and booster system supplies ample hot water and the property is very tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished in all rooms.

Other facilities include: Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning, bath, digital TV and a fully equipped laundry to make your holiday enjoyable.

This holiday beach house will suit a large extended family or two families and friends. It sleeps 10 guests with 5 bedrooms.

Upstairs: 2 x Queens bedrooms, 1 x king single and 1 x single bed.

Downstairs: 1 x Queen bed with ensuite,1 x bunk bed - great kids room with a TV.

This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen when booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
