The Apartment - This modern 3 bedroom apartmentis great for the whole family. The front deck provides ocean views, an outdoor lounge, a dining setting and a BBQ - great for summer entertaining!

The sleek kitchen features a Caesarstone benchtop, large island bench, gas cooktop and a dishwasher - perfect for the nights you choose to cook at home.

Located on the ground floor of the property is a small living area with a lounge and TV, a bathroom/laundry and a bedroom with a queen bed.

Upstairs features openplan living, dining and the kitchen -great area for the family to unwind and relax in. Located upstairs is two bedrooms; one with a queen and the other with a tri-bunk as well as a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.

Equipped with all the comforts to enjoy a great holiday including reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling, big screen television, blu ray and DVD player, rumpus room downstairs for the children with a Wii, Xbox 360, games and DVDs, coffee machine, outdoor living with a large undercover north facing deck with ocean views, BUGG BBQ, washing machine and dryer.

The garage is for owner's use only but there is an off street parking available for one car.

This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen when booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

Staying in mollymook

The house itself is beautiful and clean but my problem was the house is across from a graveyard which wasn’t mentioned in the advertising.

Relaxing Mode

We found 1/42 Ocean St to be well presented with light filled rooms, modern style, comfortable beds. The balcony was our favorite to catch the autumn sun.

1/42 Ocean St Mollymook was beautiful place to stay. Beautifully presented and very comfortable. It's a short walk to the local Gofl Club, coffee shop and beach.

1/42 Ocean street ....Top spot!

We stayed for a week. The beds were great. The decor was modern and it was a stone's throw to the beach. It was opposite the cemetery but that was ok for us. We will stay again in future! Optional- The master room needed a heavy curtain to block out the sun to aid a sleep in.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
